Hi, I am a Portuguese with many names – Maria Manuel Ricardo de Oliveira Nunes – and also many interests.

I use sketchnotes to organize ideas visually and I have made sketchnotes on various topics, such as science, psychology, sustainability and inclusion of refugees. I have been giving Sketchnotes workshops to children since 2020 and it is very inspiring to see how children learn to convey complex ideas with simple, beautiful, imperfect drawings.

I am currently based in Bremen, Germany, where I work as a freelancer.
